Steven Carrico has been employed as an Acquisitions Librarian at the University of Florida Smathers Libraries since 1994. He has authored or co-authored a wide range of refereed and non-refereed journal articles, book reviews, bibliographies, and three monograph chapters (in ALA Editions, Haworth Press, and Chandos Publishing). Steve has presented at several conferences and serves or has served on numerous national and state library committees, and is part of the editorial peer-review board for the ALA ALCTS publication Library Resources & Technical Services.
