Dr. Moshe Pritsker is the CEO and co-founder of Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE). JoVE is the first scientific video journal established in 2006 and headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. JoVE has developed a unique video-based approach to scholarly communication to increase productivity of scientific research and education. As of today, JoVE has published nearly 3,000 video articles filmed at the scientific laboratories of world-leading research institutions, and its list of subscribers includes over 550 universities, colleges and biotech companies. Prior to the establishment of JoVE, Moshe Pritsker was a postdoctoral researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, a M.Sc. in Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Born in Russia, he lived in Israel and USA. He resides with his wife and daughter in Medford, Massachusetts.
